  1. Now isn’t that just the weirdest pic yet. Not sure what I’m looking at. But then, I can imagine an artist being assigned “Blue Mana Battery” and thinking WTF? and then being told to just do the usual Blue Mana Battery thing.

    1. Correct. Magic no longer uses interrupts, but calls most of them mana abilities now (which can be activated any time, period). But back in hte day, it was a thing. So you could play interrupts and instants any time. And you are correct in your last sentence.

    1. I don’t know what those are honestly. I think they are what the artist was seeing as representing mana?
      And what you describe is manna. I actually had to go check the spelling to make sure it wasn’t the same 🙂

    1. A lot of these 4th edition simply aren’t powerful enough any more for people to play them. But considering I’m only showing them off and not playing, it’s all good 🙂
