#15 – don’t remember. That is the problem with manga, longer series tend to blend story arcs, there are no concrete plot points per se in each volume.

#16-17 – more fighting. Find out that if Rukia is executed, it will somehow bring about the downfall of the Soul Reaper Society. Lots of infighting amongst the Captains.

so I lied. The fanservice comes and goes. I will probably read as much as the library has. Anyway, Ichigo continues learning about his own inherent Soul Reaper capabilities as he battles up the the Soul Reaper Society Army Ranks, on his way to rescue Rukia.
